Hi, I'm Hunter. I started Desert Hybrid Health after years of watching people get inconsistent advice from social media and being pushed towards unsustainable habits. I coach strength, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery as one connected plan, not four separate ones. My job is to build something you can actually stick with long-term.

In-person and at-home sessions: $75 for 30 minutes or $100 for 60 minutes.

Online coaching: $199/month, including a personalized program, weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, form review, and unlimited messaging.

Nope. We build your program around what you have, whether that's a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just bodyweight. Your plan adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Most clients feel more energy and early strength gains within 2 to 3 weeks. Visible changes typically show up around 4 to 6 weeks. By 12 weeks, the transformation is real. Consistency is everything, and that's our job to support.
